Arcane Magic: Otherworld Cats & Bats Loose Eyeshadow

On a black base, vivid light green shimmer becomes strong pink. This shadow's finish and strength of color change will depend on application: Ideally, it is created to be metallic by applying over a sticky base like our Pixie Epoxy. However, applied over regular primer, it still looks good but with more of a softer, shimmery finish and may not appear as bold. Swatches patted on over diluted Pixie Epoxy. Note: As with all our Arcanes/Exquisites, you won't be able to see the color change as dramatically while wearing because your eyes are moving with the rest of your face of course. Initial color noted is from about an arm's length away, then as it is moved closer to or sharply angled toward a light source.
