Dinosaur Plushie Loose Eye Shadow

A flamboyant, eclectic dinosaur covered in glitter, perhaps? Dinosaur Plushie is a slightly tinted sheer shadow comprised mainly of varying particle size multi-colored sparkle. Does not contain any dyes. Swatches applied over diluted Pixie Epoxy; this shadow will be more metallic and less sheer when applied heavier. A sticky base is highly recommended to keep sparkle in place.
