On rare occasions within a system cold enough to produce ground level snow, the conditions are favorable for the right lifting and instability required to also produce lightning.

A little cold, slightly electric and very industrial-metallic, somewhat earthy as the mix of convection and icy temperatures don't quite have the soft peacefulness of ordinary snowfall. Contains no mint, but is slightly camphorous with a petrol aspect.
