If you have questions regarding your order, please reply to your receipt or shipment email. We do not add products onto existing purchases, but you wish to have two orders combined, please ask within 12 hours of placing the first. Many orders ship the next day, so this is not always possible if your order has been already packed. We do not hold orders and ship at a later requested time, except in the case of orders already placed and unforeseen circumstances occur such as a natural disaster which may impact mail delivery.

Marketing or "promotional" offer emails, including requests for free products/review exchanges, are not read or replied to. To contact us about products or purchasing:

Products available in sample size may be purchased if desired; we do not take free sample requests nor send PR materials. Your question may have already been addressed on the product or its category page.

We cannot usually give restocking dates, as all product manufacturing is completed when time allows and supply availability can delay this.

We do not sell wholesale or for direct resale. We have never partnered with or authorized a "decant" seller for our perfumes or other products.
