Mochi bread with sesame seeds

Perfume Oil: Mochi Bread

From the name, you can assume rice flour is used to make these Korean style sesame seed rolls, but recipes vary with rice flour, tapioca flour, ordinary wheat flour, or a combination. Sometimes they're filled (with just about anything typically found in east Asian breads), sometimes plain. For this perfume, we've gone with a basic buttery (vegan accord) bread of rice & wheat flours, baked with black sesame seeds throughout.   Allergen note: Contains a considerable percentage of sesame oil.

Bottles are available in 1.5ml, 5ml (0.169 fl oz / 1.35 dram), and 10ml (0.338 fl oz / 2.70 dram).
