Snowflake Waltz Loose Eye Shadow

Upon application this is an almost iridescent turquoise-green (like Jade Ghost but cooler) enhanced with blue and purple sparkle.  Does not contain any dyes. Shown here over regular primer, though a sticky base is recommended to adhere the sparkle.
