Fishing Cats, who primarily inhabit wetlands, now have very small scattered territories in limited parts of Southeast Asia. We've attempted to simulate the scents of a dessert called Watalappan from the island nation of Sri Lanka.
Coconut custard often made with jaggery, cardamom, nutmeg, and a couple sliced cashews on top.
