Arcane Magic Eyeshadows

*** 7/27/2023: The manufacturer of the 3ml jars we've been using for eye shadow Mini size & powder product samples for around 15 years went out of business in 2022, and our supply has finally run out. The replacement jars we have switched to are the same capacity, but appear smaller and do not have a domed base. The amount of product has not changed, although it appears to be less since the new jars are deeper.***

Fyrinnae's Arcane Magic Eyeshadows are specialized colours with a highlight which changes hue depending on how the light hits it (closer to or further from a light). This is not the same thing as what most people call "duochrome" shadows which usually feature a singular highlight layered on a base hue (our version of which are here) Different light sources may show different shades, too (they do not show as well in sunlight as artificial light, and some may not appear to change at all). Please note that the Arcanes will probably look a little different in photos than in person because of the light-change effect.

*** About Fyrinnae eyeshadows: Our loose shadows are not free-flowing powder, but contain synthetic oil and other ingredients which cause them to appear clumpy or sometimes form tiny balls of shadow (easily used as-is or crushed). They are supposed to look and feel this way. The inclusion of these ingredients often lends to richer color and longer wear, and helps reduce fallout during application. ***

Weight is approximately 3 grams (full size--this is not the size of the jar, but the weight), and are packed in clear jars. Some settling may occur during shipping but at the time of packaging, they are packed down firmly and filled to the top. The Mini jars are smaller, and the 1/4 tsp mini size (does not fill jar) is about .3 to .5 gram in weight. Full size jars contain more than 4x as much as a mini (our ingredients allow much more to be packed down into a jar than dry powder can be). Click here for a size comparison photo.
