Fyrinnae is not responsible for replacement of parcels where an incorrect delivery address was given by the customer and not corrected before shipment. If the parcel is returned, you may purchase another shipping label for orders within the US here. 

  • Shipping cost for orders under $50 shipped within the US is $4.00 (USPS).  Your order will be shipped ground Hazmat service if it contains two or more perfume spray bottles. Domestic orders over $50 receive free shipping.
  • Shipping cost for orders to Canada is $9.00 for most parcels, or $10.50 for heavier ones.  
  • Shipping cost for orders to all other worldwide destinations is $12.00 or $16.00.  Few parcels will reach $16 and we cover the remainder of the actual cost. If the cart overcharges, we will refund the difference.
         

   We make every effort to maintain low postage rates for our customers, often lower than the actual cost. We never charge extra packaging or "handling" fees. You will not receive an automated shipping label notice; we send shipment emails manually hours after your order is already been sent off, not before.

   
      Domestic shipping within the US is by USPS Ground (they changed parcel First Class to Ground in July 2023) for most orders. Depending on size, domestic orders valued over $100 are usually sent via Priority Mail (the customer is not charged extra for this). Parcels to Canada have tracking, and international parcels include automatic tracking to most nations. Full parcel tracking to certain countries is often not available, including: India, Sweden, Brazil, Lebanon, Korea, and others.

Transit time info:

   This is just a general guideline, since we have no control over the length of time it takes a parcel to arrive once shipped. Since we happen to be located close to a major international airport, most parcels arrive to their destinations relatively quickly. Within the US, parcels we send usually arrive in 3-8 days, longer to Hawaii and US territories. Sometimes the parcels do not get out of the local sorting facility for a day or two.

   Canadian orders may take about two weeks to arrive, sometimes much longer. The rest of the world varies greatly, but in or near major cities in Europe and east Asia, transit time is usually 12 to 20 days. It can, however, take considerably longer; 5-8 weeks in transit is possible, usually when a parcel is stuck in customs or when local delivery services are limited. 

  To those who use forwarding services: Please be aware when paying for a commercial third party international shipping service that they may unpack your order and repack your products, often without proper protection for transit and/or original wrappings, and we will not replace products damaged, stolen, or refused though forwarding companies. We do not recommend such services unless by a person you know and trust.


    Any and all customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Contents will be listed as applicable, and cannot be marked as "gift". If you cannot import cosmetic or perfumery products into your country, please do not purchase, as we cannot falsify the forms to state different types of merchandise. Our shipping rates are subject to change, but will be current on this page.  For your privacy domestic parcels do not have any mention of cosmetics on the exterior. International parcels have it only on the customs form, as required.

  
   We cannot ship to Syria, Israel, Cuba, Iran, or Sudan. Perfume cannot be imported into Italy. As of 2/2022 due to current restrictions, we cannot ship to Ukraine or Russia. It is up to the customer to check the cosmetic and perfumery import regulations and duties in their country prior to buying.


*Please note: Returned or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or refused shipments, are not always able to be re-sent. Especially with international shipments, by the time they have been returned to us, the contents are often damaged and the products are a loss, and we cannot recover postage fees. Please double check your mailing address prior to checking out, and email us a correction promptly if needed. Refused parcels will not be reimbursed as we cannot resell cosmetic & perfume products after they have been shipped. Consult local import regulations and fees to determine how much duty you may be charged if not in the US.
