Due to the nature of cosmetics, we will not accept returns for any reason. Once it has shipped, it's yours. This is why Mini or sample sizes are offered for many products, and we recommend making a small purchase the first time. However, if there is a problem with the products you receive, please contact us. Please keep in mind that over time, shades can change, whether due to product reformulations, silicone evaporation, or manufacturer ingredient changes. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know within 24 hours of purchase. It may not be possible if the order has already been packed.
The shipping address you input in your account or at checkout is how it will appear on the labels, unless you have paid with PayPal and the address differs, as their system can default to the name and address you have on file with PayPal. Changing your profile information will not affect existing purchases, only future ones, so if an error has been made in street, number, apartment, or post code, or if your location suddenly changed, please let us know soon after purchase. We cannot make changes to the delivery address after a parcel has shipped.
*Please note: Returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or refused shipments, are not able to be re-sent. Especially with international shipments, by the time they have been returned to us, the contents are usually damaged and the products are a loss, and we cannot recover postage fees. Please double check your mailing address prior to checking out, and email us a correction promptly if needed. Consult local import regulations and fees to determine how much duty you may be charged if not in the US.
