Due to the nature of cosmetics, we will not accept returns for any reason. Once it has shipped, it's yours. This is why Mini or sample sizes are offered for many products, and we recommend making a small purchase the first time. However, if there is a problem with the products you receive, please contact us. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know within 3 days of purchase. It may not be possible if the order has already been packed.
8/26/2015: Policy change regarding reshipments:
Due to an unusually large number of orders being placed with incorrect shipping addresses in the past month, we are changing our policy of reshipping at our cost. Several of these orders were international, and most of the time the parcel does not get returned to us for several weeks or months from overseas (and about half the time the contents have been ruined and are replaced), but in the past we have consistently replaced them at our cost, both merchandise and postage, when the customer has input their delivery address incorrectly.
Beginning immediately, most orders placed and shipped with an incorrect delivery address (in instances where the parcel does not get forwarded to the correct recipient), will be replaced with store credit in the form of a gift certificate. We may choose to go ahead and replace certain small orders at our discretion, and if the mistake is on our end it will of course be replaced.
The shipping address you input in your account or at checkout is exactly how it will appear on the labels. Changing your profile information will not affect existing purchases, only future ones, so if an error has been made in street, number, apartment, or post code, or if your location suddenly changed, please let us know soon after purchase. We cannot make changes to the delivery address after a parcel has shipped.
